Fatty Liver Disease

The specimen shows an enlarged liver. On the cut surface, it has a yellowish color, indicating an increased fat content. Histological examination reveals signs of fatty degeneration of hepatocytes. Causes: intoxication, Hypoxia. Consequences: Liver failure.
