Cancer with metastases to the Spleen

The specimen shows The Stomach with an endophytic tumor up to 5 cm in diameter and the spleen. Areas of light-yellow color without clear boundaries are visible in the spleen. Histological examination of these lesions revealed features of poorly differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma.
