Small bowel carcinoma with Lymph node metastases

The specimen shows a section of the Small Intestine. Its wall exhibits an exophytic neoplasm up to 5 cm in diameter, causing luminal narrowing of the organ. Histological examination reveals signs of tissue and cellular atypia, hyperchromasia, and nuclear polymorphism.
