Renal fibroma
A fibroma is a neoplasm originating from connective (fibrous) tissue. It typically presents as a node of variable size. Microscopic examination reveals that the tumor is composed of differentiated Connective Tissue, with bundles of fibers and Blood Vessels oriented in various directions.
