Carcinomatous omentitis
The specimen shows the tissue of the Large Intestine mesentery with tumor-like lesions ranging from 1 to 3 cm in diameter, firm in consistency, and grayish-pink in color. Histological examination of the tumor masses reveals proliferation of atypical glandular structures with cellular atypia and inflammatory infiltration.
