Stenosing Colorectal Cancer
The specimen demonstrates a segment of the Large Intestine with a lumen narrowed by tumor growth. On cross-section, the tumor shows multiple hemorrhages and areas of necrosis, with indistinct margins of invasion. Histological examination reveals atypical glandular structures accompanied by pathological mitoses and cellular atypia.
