Squamous Cell carcinoma of the Skin with keratinization
The specimen shows a piece of skin with a cauliflower-like tumor growth On the surface, exhibiting exophytic growth. Histological examination reveals signs of cellular and tissue atypia originating from stratified squamous epithelium with keratinization and infiltrative growth.
