On sectioning, the Adrenal gland is significantly enlarged due to the proliferation of grayish-yellow tumor structures accompanied by myxoid changes and tissue destruction. Histologically, atypical Cells originating from the medulla are present, which is characteristic of malignant pheochromocytoma.
