Multiple thyroid adenomas

The Thyroid Gland is enlarged up to 15 cm. The parenchyma reveals numerous pink-colored tumor formations 1–2 cm in diameter, which have clear boundaries due to the presence of a capsule. Histologically, the tumor nodes show proliferation of follicular epithelium forming adenomatous structures with signs of tissue atypia.
