The specimen shows the wall of the Urinary Bladder, with the mucous membrane exhibiting hypertrophy, fibrin deposition, and dark brown hemorrhages. This is an example of mixed exudative inflammation. Causes: infections; urinary stasis. Consequences: sclerotic changes.
