Necrotic nephrosis

A pale cortical layer and hyperemic medullary layer are visible. Causes: body poisonings, traumatic shocks, and shocks of other origins. It serves as an example of both Direct and Indirect necrosis by origin. Direct necrosis develops in the tubular epithelium (due to toxin excretion). Indirect necrosis develops in the glomeruli As a result of cortical ischemia, leading to a pale cortical layer. Outcomes: patients die from ACUTE RENAL FAILURE.
