Ulcerated Skin Melanoma

Ulcerated cutaneous melanoma
The slide shows a tumor with pigmented brown borders. The tumor surface is ulcerated and gray in color. Tumor growth margins are absent. Histological examination reveals signs of cellular and tissue atypia in the melanin-producing tissue, which contains a sparse amount of pigment.
